Brunswick Road
Manteca, San Joaquin County, California
Terracon Project No. NA197073
Dear Ms. Nunez,
Per your request, this letter includes the groundwater measurements recorded for the subject
property (site). The following groundwater levels were recorded using a 300 foot Heron
Instruments Skinny Dipper Water Level Meter.
Date Time Depth to Approximate Stick up Corrected
groundwater height Depth
(feet) feet (feet) bgs
July 27, 2020 ' 9:00 to 9:15 AM 37.50 1.16 36.34
July 28, 2020 11:00 to 11:30 AM 37.95 1.16 36.79
Based on a review of our Soil Suitability Study and Nitrate Loading Study(SSNLS)dated October
19, 2019 (Terracon Project No. NA197073) and a Geotechnical Engineering Investigation
Proposed Delta Farm Improvements dated April 26, 2019 prepared by Krazan & Associates Inc.
(Krazan) Project No. 072-19013, groundwater was encountered in geotechnical borings at
approximately 34.5 below grade surface (bgs). Therefore, groundwater below the site has been
measured between approximatley 34.5 feet bgs in the Spring of 2019 and 36.79 feet bgs in the
summer of 2020.
The groundwater flow direction and the depth to shallow, unconfined groundwater, if present,
would likely vary depending upon seasonal variations in rainfall and other hydrogeological
features. Without the benefit of on-site groundwater monitoring wells surveyed to a datum,
groundwater depth and flow direction beneath the site cannot be directly ascertained.
Terracon Consultants Inc. 902 Industrial Way Lodi, CA 95240-3106
P 209-367-3701 F 209-333-8303 terracon.com
