(aggregates and soils) <br />Project Address: 2300 N Teepee Dr Stockton Ca 95205 <br />Subject: Request to modify quantity of parking stall requirements. <br />Request to have reduced parking stalls than required. <br />Requirement is based on square footage of office and quantity of employees. <br />The site will only have 1-2 employees onsite daily, no more than 2-4 public buyers at one time. <br />Once the "future office" is built in a separate phase they "may' increase to 5-6 employees and <br />the area of the "temp Office Trailer" can be used for parking stalls if required. <br />This project will be a small business that holds Aggregates and soils for construction and <br />landscape. Such as, Sand, Gravel, Crushed rock, Road Base, etc... there will be 1 or 2 employees <br />onsite during the day. There will be truck drivers that enter to collect material and deliver to <br />project sites. There will be occasional public entering to have a trailer or truck bed filled: <br />There will not be a need for much parking because the staff is low to run the site, the truck <br />drivers will park in the gravel area when they arrive to jump in the big delivery trucks.
