Truck and trailer parking . 10 , 000 sgft metal building ( 8 , 000sgrt shop , 2 sq <br /> ft <br /> of 24 trucks inside at night . Building will include space for an office in the building of approx . <br /> 2000sgft . <br /> The building and the office will be built In 2 phases . The landscape sales and the truck sales will occur <br /> during phase 1 . <br /> Exterior will include an above ground diesel fuel storage tank, Material storage area outdoors for <br /> landscape materials such as Sands , soils and aggregates . The materials of the screen wall material <br /> around bull,= storage will be determined during design and in accordance with county requirements . <br /> These are semi -trucks with dump beds and trailers . ( referred to as tractor trailers) that will travel from <br /> the site or bringing In material that they have purchased for sale at the site . This company is retail sales <br /> of the materials to the public or businesses and no installation , other truck and trailer sales and service <br /> will occur . This will be one ( 1 ) business for both landscape and sales . <br /> Truck (Tractor) when attached to Trailer Is approx 60 ' long, Truck(Tractor ) only without trailer is approx <br /> 30-35 ' Approximately 24 will be parked inside the building at night as well as on exterior . <br /> The project will be built in 2 phases . There will be a site sign included on the project that will be <br /> illuminated and only have this business entity advertised on it . <br /> Phase 1 will include ail site work shown on plan and the metal building shell of the shop and office and <br /> include main power, lighting, water, and other items required during design and building permit <br /> application process . The landscape sales and the truck sales will occur during phase 1 . Phase 1 should <br /> take about 4- 6 months <br /> The office space will be built out in Phase 2 . . Phase 2 , This Phase would include the interior finishes and <br /> etal building Phase 2 should take 4 -6 months and would <br /> construction ofthe office space within the m <br /> be completed at sometime over the next 5 year period . <br /> We would like to include the design of building and office in one design package and build out the office <br /> separate . <br /> A temporary office trailer with Suitable restrooms for employees and public will be onsite until office is <br /> built . It will be self contained and not connected to sewer and water . filled and pumped by the rental <br /> company . <br />
