Phase 1 includes the construction of a 10,000-square-foot storage building, an outdoor storage area with five (5) material bins for aggregate, bark, gravel, and sand, the installation of a 160-square-foot truck sales office and display area for a maximum of (21) trucks for sale. Phase 2, to be completed within (5) years, includes the conversion of a 2,000-square-foot portion of the Phase 1 storage building into a truck sales office and demolition of the 160-square-foot office included in Phase 1; located at the southeast terminus of Wigwam Drive and North Teepee Drive, Stockton. (Supervisorial District 2) OWNER: Meza Trucking APPLICANT: Paul Bickford APN: 132-080-11 ADDRESS: 2300 N. Teepee Drive, Stockton INFORMATION: The site is currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood Hazard Area designated as Zone AH. The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be approximately 29 feet NAVO 1988. Wigwam Drive has an existing and planned right-of-way of 84 feet. Teepee Drive has an existing and planned right-of-way of 84 feet.
