Prior to release of the building permit, plans and calculations shall be submitted and approved by the Public Works Department -Water Resources Division (209-468-9360): a. Treatment: A registered professional engineer shall design the site to treat the 85th percentile storm as defined in the County's 2021 Storm Water Quality Control Criteria Plan (SWQCCP). b. Hydromodification: A registered professional engineer shall design the site to comply with the volume reduction requirement outlined in the County's 2021 SWQCCP. c.
