Pacific Gas and Electric Company · December 17, 2021 Kelsey Gunter County of San Joaquin 1810 E Hazelton Ave Stockton, CA 95205 Re: PA-21000184 2300 N Teepee Drive, Stockton, CA 95205 Dear Kelsey: Plan Review Team Land Management PGEPlan Review@pge.com Thank you for giving us the opportunity to review the subject plans. The proposed PA-21000184 is within the same vicinity of PG&E' s existing facilities that impact this property. The revised PA-21000184 plans now show a proposed diesel fuel tank within an existing Public Utility Easement (PUE). PG&E does not condone the placement of the diesel fuel tank within a PUE without a formal variance request to do so. ln order to formally encroach within a PUE, the applicant must seek a variance with the local municipality and gain consent from all present utilities. Once the variance is applied for, the applicant may contact Land0uestions@pge.com for a formal review of the diesel tank within the PUE. Additionally, a planter has been identified to be constructed over the existing PUE. PG&E requests that no large trees, brush, or vegetation are planted over its existing facilities. Low growing shrubs and grasses are acceptable. Please contact the Building and Renovation Center (BRSC) for facility map requests by calling 1-877-743-7782 and PG&E's Service Planning department at www.pge.com/cco for any modification or relocation requests, or for any additional services you may require. As a reminder, before any digging or excavation occurs, please contact Underground Service Alert (USA) by dialing 811 a minimum of 2 working days prior to commencing any work. This free and independent service will ensure that all existing underground utilities are identified and marked on-site. If you have any questions regarding our response, please contact me at Justn.Newell@pge.com. Sincerely, Justin Newell Land Management 916-594-4068 PG&E Gas and Electric Facilities Page 1
