If an underground storage tank (UST) system will be installed, a permit is required <br />to be submitted to, and approved by, the San Joaquin County EHD before any UST <br />installation work can begin. <br />ii. Additionally, an EHD UST permit to operate is required once the approved UST <br />system is installed. <br />e. Storage of at least 1,320 gallons of petroleum aboveground or any amount of petroleum <br />stored below grade in a vault — Aboveground Petroleum Storage Program (HSC <br />Sections 25270.6 & 25270 et sec.) <br />i.
