Training shall cover, but not limited to, all of the following: <br />(A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified <br />program agency. <br />(B) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br />persons, property, or the environment. <br />(C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the business site. <br />These training programs may take into consideration of each employee. <br />This violation was corrected on site. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br /> 9 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the HMBP is complete and accurate by the due date. <br />The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br />System (CERS) annually. The business plan was last submitted on 6/8/2017. The business plan has been annually <br />submitted for the years of 2018, 2019, and 2020. <br /> The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted <br />beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />This violation was corrected on site. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br /> 11 HSC 25505(a)(4) Failed to provide or document initial and/or refresher training to appropriate personnel. <br />The employee training records were not available for review at time of inspection. <br />The business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive initial and annual <br />refresher training.
