I am <br /> writing this letter to request a variance for my septic system for the property stated above. Due to the <br /> depth of the inlet coming out of the house and depth of the trench, my septic tank depth does not meet <br /> the San Joaquin County standard. My tank currently sits at 43" below ground level and my trench depth <br /> is at 60", rock was added to the trenches. I acknowledge that the system does not meet county <br /> standards and I will not hold San Joaquin County liable for the septic system that is installed on my <br /> property. <br /> Thank you, <br /> Jasbir Cheema <br />
