Robert Rd, Stockton
APN 162-100-03, SR0082859
The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Soil
Suitability/Nitrate Loading (SSNL) Study, dated November 2, 2020 and submitted on November 09,
2020 for the above noted location, and has the following comments for your consideration.
The SSNL was prepared to determine the suitability of the above noted parcel for onsite wastewater
treatment system (OWTS) usage and the potential long-term impact of nitrate to groundwater for the
following proposed project.
1. A minor-subdivision to divide the site into a 4.5-acre homesite parcel and a designated
remainder.
Based on the information provided, the EHD can make the following findings:
1. Based on the information provided, the EHD finds that the SSNL Study supports the suitability
for standard OWTS usage for future development on the proposed parcels, pursuant to San
Joaquin County Ordinance Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d).
2. The designated remainder parcel is non-buildable for living structures until the Environmental
Health Department receives and approves a Soil Suitability and Nitrate Loading Study
showing the remainder parcel is suitable for septic system usage including a percolation test
(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.11(b)).
If you have any questions please contact Naseem Ahmed, Senior Registered Environmental Health
Specialist, at nahmed@sjgov.org or (209) 616-3018.
A"
Muniappa Naidu, REHS
Assistant Director
c: LiveOak
1868 E.
