Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank(service request SR0064893) under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Department (Sen Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3 8,9-1110.4). <br /> 5. Tha applicant shall provide written confirmation from the water providers that improvements have <br /> bean constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any improvements required by the <br /> agency and that the agency has ar will have the capacity to serve the proposed development. Said <br /> written confirmation shall be submitted prior to the issuance of a building permit (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2). <br /> 6. Submit two (2) hardcopy sets, or one (1) electronic version, of food facility plans to the <br /> Environmental Health Department for review and approval prior to issuance of building permits) <br /> (California Retail Food Coda, Article 1, 114380). The£ee will be based on the currant schedule at <br /> the time of payment. <br /> 7. If floor drains are required, they must ba plumbed through asand/oil separator and discharged to <br /> an above ground system approved by the Envlronmantal Haalth Department. A registered engineer <br /> must design this system. Tha malarial collected in the above ground holding system must ba <br /> analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may ba obtained <br /> from the Environmental Health Department. Tha fes will be based on the current schedule at the <br /> lima of payment. <br /> 8. Any geotechnical drilling shall ba conducted under permit and inspection by Tha Environmental <br /> Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> 9. Before any hazardous materials/waste can ba stored or used onsite,the owner/operator must report <br /> the use or storage of these hazardcus materials to the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (GFRs) at cars.caleoa ca.eov/ and comply with the laws and regulations for the programs listed <br /> below (based on quantity of hazardous material in soma cases). The applicant may contact the <br /> Program Coordinator of the CU PA program, Melissa Niss{m (20g) 468-3168, with any questions. <br /> 1. Anv amount but not limited fo the following hazardous waste; hazardous malarial spills, used <br /> oil, used oil filters, used oil-contaminafad absorb¢nt/dabris, waste antifreeze, used batteries <br /> or other universal waste, etc. — Hazardous Wastes Program (Health 6Safaty Code (HSG) <br /> Sections 25404 8 25180 at sec.) <br /> 2. Onsite tr¢atment of hazardous waste — Hazardous Wasts Treatment Tiarad Permitting <br /> Program(HSC Sections 25404 8.25200 at sec. &California Coda of Regulations(CCR),Title <br /> 22, Saetion 67450.1 at sec.) <br /> 3. Raoortable auantitias of hazardous materials-reportable quantities ora 55 gallons or mora of <br /> liquids, 500 pounds for solids, or 200 cubic feet for compressed gases,with some exceptions. <br /> Carbon dioxide is a regulated substance and is required to ba reported as a hazardous <br /> material if storing 1.200 cubic feet (137 pounds) or more onsite in San Joaquin County — <br /> Hazardous Materials Business Plan Program (HSC Sections 25508 S 25500 at sec.) <br /> 4. Anv amount of hazardous material stored in an Underground Storage Tank— Underground <br /> Storage Tank Program (HSC Sections 25286 8 25280 at sac.) <br /> . If an underground atoraga tank (UST) system will be installed, a permit is required to be <br /> submitted to, and approved by,the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD) before any UST installation work can begin. <br />
