The SSHO will maintain the safety log, planned employee activities, and instrument <br /> calibration for all activities at the site. This log will include any dail,t safety meeting <br /> topics, training given, air monitoring information, first aid administered, visits of all <br /> outside personnel and any incidents of a health and safety nature The SSHO will <br /> investigate all accidents and prepare an accident investigation rer,ort that will be <br /> forwarded to the Project Manager/Onsite Project Lead. <br /> Subcontractor Personnel and Management and all Other On-31ite Personnel 2 <br /> Subcontractor personnel and management and all other on-site p arsonnel shall comply <br /> with the contents of this SSHP. . Since subcontractors are hired for their specific <br /> expertise, they must assume primary responsibility for the health ;ind safety of their <br /> personnel while following this SSHP. The subcontractor's Field Supervisor will also be <br /> responsible for performing regular safety inspections of their operations. <br /> Subcontractors must supply health and safety related training anc medical surveillance <br /> documentation to CalRecycle for each onsite worker prior to commencing work at the <br /> project site if requested by the Project Manager/Onsite Project Lead. <br /> Subcontractors must also: <br /> ■ Comply with all applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration(OSHA) <br /> regulations as defined in CCR, Title 8; <br /> ■ Perform all work in accordance with this SSHP; and <br /> • Conduct weekly toolbox safety meeting and submit the mir utes to the SSHO or <br /> the Project Manager/Onsite Project Lead. <br /> 2 Amendments to signed documents added on March 2,2012 <br /> Lodi City Landfill 8 January 2012 <br /> Site Safety and Health Plan <br />
