The Project’s buildings would meet green building standards that are in effect at the time of construction. As implemented by PDF-AQ/GHG-1, the Project would be designed at a minimum to meet LEED certified rating, which would conserve water resources. Furthermore, implemented by PDF- AQ/GHG-2, the Project would install 2%–3% skylights in warehouse buildings for natural lighting and to reduce electricity consumption from warehouse lighting.
