The District recommends that an AAAA be performed for the Project if emissions exceed 100 pounds per day of any pollutant . If an AAAA is performed , the analysis should include emissions from both Project specific permitted and non permitted equipment and activities , The District recommends consultation with District staff to determine the appropriate model and input data to use in the analysis . Specific information for assessing significance , including screening tools and modeling guidance is available online at the District' s website www . valleyair , org/cepa . 2 ) In addition to the discussions on potential impacts identified above , the District recommends the EIR also include the following discussions : a ) A discussion of the methodology , model assumptions , inputs and results used in characterizing the Project' s impact on air quality . To comply with CEQA requirements for full disclosure , the District recommends that the modeling outputs be provided as appendices to the EIP .
