PA- 1600049 subject to the enclosed Conditions of <br /> Approval . <br /> On October 13 , 2022 , the Board of Supervisors granted an automatic 2 - year Time Extension for all planning <br /> applications that are in approved status , with the exception of minor subdivisions , major subdivisions , and <br /> quarry operations . This project applied for a Time Extension prior to its expiration date , which kept it in active <br /> status ; therefore , +t has been granted a the automatic 2 - year Time Extension in addition to the 2 - year Time <br /> Extension approved by the Planning Commission . <br /> EXPIRATION : This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval by August 28 , 2024 20263 <br /> which is 43 66 months from the original effective date ( February 28 , 2021 ) .
