<br /> OBSERVATIONS: I observe the 3 comp sink(on the right) is adjacent to the prep sink(on the left side)with no 24 inches
<br /> separation nor splash guard. Facility is using the drain board next to the prep sink compartment to air dry clean utensils.
<br /> Provide splash guard 6 inches minimum high in 1 week or change the manual washing direction to be from left to right
<br /> today so that the air dry drain board will be away from any source of contamination.
