Galvanized iron pipe is not allowed for diesel system, only black iron steel. <br /> Resubmit the site plan sheet TK3-3 specifying black iron steel pipe in section B for#54. <br /> 7 The site plan sheets TK4-1 and TK4-2 indicate that an off set dispenser frame is being <br /> used. A portion of the piping in the dispenser is not being contained by the under <br /> dispenser containment (UDC). A conversion frame is required for the UDC. There are <br /> two that are approved. Resubmit TK4-1, TK4-2, and the parts list site plan sheet TK2-1 <br /> listing which of the approved conversion frames will be installed. A copy of the order <br /> form submitted to the manufacturer for the conversion frame to be installed and the <br /> installing technicians current certification of manufacturer's training must also be <br /> submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br /> 8. The site plan sheets TK3-2 and TK5-1 indicate 87 vacuum lines for the product and the <br /> vapor recovery lines. The site plan sheet TK5-3 indicates 87 vacuum lines for the <br /> product, vapor recovery, and the vent lines. On page TK5-3 there is a vacuum line for <br /> the 87 vent piping but on TK3-2 there is no vacuum line for the vent piping. Installation <br /> must be consistently specified on the site plan sheets. If TK3-2 is true then remove the <br /> arrow from the 87 tank in section 2 that shows a vacuum line is connected to the vent <br /> line. If TK5-3 is true then add a vacuum hose to the vent line in the diagrams of section <br /> A and B of TK3-2 and change VR to V in TK5-1 section 8. <br /> 9. The site plan sheet TK5-3 detail of the sump lids does not demonstrate vapor and water <br /> tightness. Resubmit the site plan sheet TK5-3 with updated details demonstrating vapor <br /> tightness for the fill and turbine sumps and a gasket for water tightness of the fill sump <br /> lid. Add a description that the sump lids are vapor and liquid tight. <br /> 10.
