First St.
Ripon, CA 95366
Dear Mr. Ramey:
The Environmental Health Division would like to enlist the cooperation of your
Department in order to help us adequately track our closed, illegal, and abandoned
landfill sites.
The following APN number (259-330-07) and the address 1222 S. Acacia (City of
Ripon Landfill), should be "flagged" to reflect the need to contact the Environmental
Health Division prior to the issuance of new building permits or changes in land use
that may jeopardize the integrity of previously closed landfill sites. Environmental
Health should be notified of any new site development or site approval.
Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated. If you or your staff have any
questions, please contact Steven Mindt, Senior RENS at 468-0343.
Ernest M.
