Areas containing dug holes were observed. In these areas, old bottles and scrap metal were
discovered around the holes.
b. According to Ted Johnston, City of Ripon Public Works Director, the site has been inspected numerous
times throughout the year. Dug holes that are discovered with waste are filled and the waste is
disposed. However there is no documentation supporting that this does occur(signs of holes being
filled were observed though).
c. As instructed in past inspection reports, keep documentation that shows that dug out waste is
disposed and the holes are filled.
d. There are still no signs posted at the site that indicate that access is prohibited. Have the signs posted
throughout the site before the re-inspection.
inspection Report Comments:
Routine annual inspection performed on this date and the following was noted:
1. The previous area of concern regarding the camper/truck/trailer head and a crevice area has
been corrected.
2. A re-inspection will take place. Dispose of waste and fill in the dug holes that were observed
on site and have documentation showing this available for review. Also post signs that prohibit
unauthorized access.
