Areas containing dug holes were observed. In these areas, old bottles and scrap metal were <br /> discovered around the holes. <br /> b. According to Ted Johnston, City of Ripon Public Works Director,the site has been inspected numerous <br /> times throughout the year. Dug holes that are discovered with waste are filled and the waste is <br /> disposed. However there is no documentation supporting that this does occur(signs of holes being <br /> filled were observed though). <br /> c. As instructed in past inspection reports, keep documentation that shows that dug out waste is <br /> disposed and the holes are filled. <br /> d. There are still no signs posted at the site that indicate that access is prohibited. Have the signs posted <br /> throughout the site before the re-inspection. <br /> inspection Report Comments: <br /> Routine annual inspection performed on this date and the following was noted: <br /> 1. The previous area of concern regarding the camper/truck/trailer head and a crevice area has <br /> been corrected. <br /> 2. A re-inspection will take place. Dispose of waste and fill in the dug holes that were observed <br /> on site and have documentation showing this available for review. Also post signs that prohibit <br /> unauthorized access. <br />
