The log book containing information regarding status checks by Public Works employees <br /> was available for review. <br /> 2. It was documented in the log book that there were two areas where digging occured and <br /> waste was found. The waste was removed and the holes were filled. <br /> 3. During the inspection,there were no signs of exposed waste. However there were some <br /> areas with trampled grass, indicating unauthorized access. No signs of digging observed. <br /> 4 The surrounding fencing and signs prohibiting access were still intact. <br />
