<br /> Routine quarterly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted:
<br /> 1. The log book containing information regarding status checks by Public Works employees
<br /> was available for review. A status check was done on 12/11/13.
<br /> 2. There was a fallen tree and broken fence documented in the previous inspection report
<br /> (9/18/13). During this inspection, it was observed that the tree was cut into multiple
<br /> pieces and the fence was repaired.
<br /> 3. No signs of unauthorized access or digging.
<br /> 4. The surrounding fencing and signs were still intact.
