The log book containing information regarding status checks by Public Works employees was available for <br /> review. It was documented that a status check was performed in October 2014 and that there were no <br /> signs of unauthorized access or digging. <br /> 2. During the inspection, there were no signs of unauthorized access or digging. <br /> 3. The surrounding fencing and prohibiting signs were intact. There were a couple areas in which fallen trees <br /> covered part of the fencing. However the integrity of the fencing remained intact. <br />
