Work Plan - Windeler Ranch GIUS Disposal Site Page 1 of 2
Jennifer Frase [EH]
From: Robert McClellon [EH]
Sent: Tuesday, October 30, 2007 9:30 AM
To: 'rmarty@advgeoenv.com'
Cc: 'JMacanas@CIWMB.ca.gov'; Jennifer Frase [EH]
Subject: RE: Work Plan - Windeler Ranch Glass Disposal Site
Bob, here is what we see as deficiencies:
1. The area that the work is to be conducted at is an area of high ground water. The plan does not indicate a
water sample will be taken.
2. The plan lacks information regarding obvious signs of contamination (sheen on the water, staining, ect.) that
may be encountered during the investigation.,
3. The lab not identified.
4. The lab results need to be provided directly from the lab to EHD.'
5. The plan does not mention what will happen if other debris are encountered (wood, metal, plastic).
6. The H&S Site plan is generic W/O names and levels of training. This should be completed if they are ready to
move?(
Thanks Robert
Robert D. I spoke with Mr. Brown and he
is ready to move forward with the work once you have approved the conceptual plan.
Thanks,
Robert E. Marty, R.E.A.
