Do you have receipts and Comprehensive Trip Logs (manifest forms) from Jorge Padilla for disposal of the tires removed thus far?Are you still looking to hire out for extra help? I've contacted a local guy who might be interested, if you are. The request for an extension can be a formal letter or email. It's up to you. Just explain what you are asking for and why. You may want to briefly describe what has been done so far and what your time frame is for what has yet to be done. Your current deadline is September 21, 2008. 1 recommend that you get this done first so we can review and approve it. Just to let you know, I am going to record everything in the form of an inspection report and when I am done I will ask to meet you again to discuss and sign it. The status of Violation still exists and I have to report the progress towards compliance to the State (California Integrated Waste Management Board, or CIWMB). I wanted to give you that heads up. Once everything has been remedied, the violation status will be cleared. I appreciate all of your effort. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Im trying to send you pictures of the load of metal that was removed also... it was quite the amount but the files seem to be too big to email. I will work on them.
