The wine tasting room will operate 7 days a week, from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., with an average of 250 <br /> visitors per day. The facility proposes to host up to 10 Marketing Events per year for up to 300 attendees, daily Small-scale <br /> Accessory Winery Events for a maximum of 80 attendees, 10 Large-scale Accessory Winery Events for a maximum of <br /> 250 attendees, and 4 Wine Release Events per year for a maximum of 250 attendees at any given time. All events are <br /> required to end by 10 p.m. The applicant proposes to outdoor amplified noise during Marketing Events, Large-scale <br /> Accessory Winery Events, and Wine Release Events. The site will utilize a private well and septic system, and onsite <br /> stormwater drainage. The site plan proposes ingress to the site from E. Mettler Rd. and egress onto Lower Sacramento <br /> Rd. (Use Type: Off-Site Wine Cellar) <br /> Proposed events per calendar year are as follows: 10 Marketing Events with 300 maximum attendees, 365 Small-scale <br /> Accessory Wine Events(max 1 per day)with 80 maximum attendees, 10 annual Large-scale Accessory Wine Events with <br /> 250 maximum attendees,and 4 annual Wine Release Events with 300 maximum attendees.All events will be held between <br /> 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Outdoor amplified sound is proposed for applicable events.
