Obtain a Insignia from the State Housing and Community Development. Their phone <br /> number is 916-255-2501. <br /> 2. Entrance doors to food preparation area and service openings shall be self-closing. <br /> (CRFC Section 114303) <br /> 3. Food service openings: <br /> a. Shall be no more than 216 square inches and no less than 18 inches apart. <br /> b. Shall be covered with solid material or screen. If screen is used it must be at least <br /> 16-mesh per inch.(CRFC Section 114259.2) <br /> 4. Light bulbs and tubes shall be covered and completely enclosed in plastic safety <br /> shields or the equivalent. (CRFC Section 114323) <br /> 5. Mechanical exhaust ventilation equipment shall be provided over all cooking equipment <br /> as required to effectively remove cooking odors, smoke, steam, grease, heat, and <br /> vapors. All mechanical exhaust ventilation equipment shall be installed and maintained <br /> in accordance with the California Mechanical Code. Makeup air shall be provided the <br /> rate of that exhausted [CRFC §114149.1] <br /> 6. The business name of operator, city, state, ZIP code a name of the permit holder if <br /> different from the name of food facility, shall be legible, clearly visible to consumers and <br /> affixed on the consumer side of mobile food facility. Business name shall be in letters <br /> at least 3 inches high. Letters and numbers for the city, state, and ZIP code shall not <br /> be less than one inch high.
