For nonpermanent food facilities that handle nonprepackaged foods, there is no potable water and/or no <br /> wastewater tank and there are no temporary water and wastewater connections.(§114205) 2. Materials used for the tanks are not safe, <br /> durable, corrosion-resistant, nonabsorbent and finished to have a smooth, easily cleanable surface.(§114207) 3. Tanks are not sloped to <br /> an outlet that allows complete drainage of the tank.(§114209) 4. The system is not designed and constructed to preclude contamination <br /> of the contents or of any food, food-contact surface or equipment.(§114211) 5.
