Hi Vicky and Stacy, I have an urgent construction update on this install that I am hoping you can give me an answer on. Our contractor was beginning their excavation today, but they ran into a PG&E line that had been improperly located within the limits of their tank excavation. We had PG&E come out to do an emergency locate and you can see the line in the attached photos. We have been working on coming up with a solution, but it could take multiple months for PG&E to relocate the line.The alternative would be to relocate the tanks about 7' to the west to avoid conflict with the line. We already have the tanks being delivered and all the equipment ready for a tank set next week, so it would be extremely costly to delay and call that off. Would San Joaquin County be able to inspect the tank set if we place them as shown on the attached exhibit to avoid conflict with the power line?After placing the tanks and having them inspected we would stop all work until the County reviews a set of revised plans, which we could have ready in a couple of days here. Please let me know if this would be acceptable to the County. If there is no way this will be allowed can you please respond back to this email and let me know so I can notify the rest of our development team? I will give you both a call in the morning. Charter Way, Stockton -Approval Letter Hi Vicky, I just discussed this with Stacy and she confirmed that we are good to move forward with the tank set for this project with the current approval.The revised plans can start to be reviewed now, but we will pause our work after the tank are set and not install any of the relocated piping or vent sump until we have approvals on these revised plans.
