ATTACHMENT 3: Corrective Action Response to Violation #104- No modified Contingency Plan <br /> NOTE. Of the 14 violations identified in the 9/18/2019 inspection report, eight(8) of the violations reference 22 <br /> CCR 66262.34:Accumulation Time, as the regulatory basis for the violation. Of these eight violations, six <br /> referenced 22 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) as the basis of the violation, which then in turn referred to, and incorporated <br /> by reference, 40 CFR Section 262.34(d), (e) and(f) compliance requirements. <br /> As part of EPA's adoption of the federal General Improvement Rule (GIR) effective May 30, 2017, 40 CFR <br /> Section 262.34 moved to a new section, 40 CFR 620.16:Conditions for exemption for a small quantity generator <br /> that accumulated hazardous waste. Consequently, responses to violations that reference 22 CCR <br /> 66262.34(d)(2) are in accordance with 40 CFR 262.16 requirements <br /> WFS-Stockton Station does not have landline phone service onsite. The following emergency notification <br /> information (see attached) is posted inside the employee break trailer near the Time Clock station: <br /> • Internal Notification/Contact Information <br /> • External Notification/Contact Information <br /> • Fire Extinguisher and Spill Cleanup Supplies Locations <br /> Effective March 1, 2021 emergency notification information will also be posted at the following onsite <br /> locations: <br /> • Load Planner Office/Trailer <br /> • Mechanic Shop <br /> • SE-Center and NW Center of Tent <br /> • Security Shack at the Entry Gate <br />
