ATTACHMENT 3: Corrective Action Response to Violation #104- No modified Contingency Plan NOTE. Of the 14 violations identified in the 9/18/2019 inspection report, eight(8) of the violations reference 22 CCR 66262.34:Accumulation Time, as the regulatory basis for the violation. Of these eight violations, six referenced 22 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) as the basis of the violation, which then in turn referred to, and incorporated by reference, 40 CFR Section 262.34(d), (e) and(f) compliance requirements. As part of EPA's adoption of the federal General Improvement Rule (GIR) effective May 30, 2017, 40 CFR Section 262.34 moved to a new section, 40 CFR 620.16:Conditions for exemption for a small quantity generator that accumulated hazardous waste. Consequently, responses to violations that reference 22 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) are in accordance with 40 CFR 262.16 requirements WFS-Stockton Station does not have landline phone service onsite.
