The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not <br /> been addressed for EI Dorado Gas& Mart as of December 24, 2020. <br /> Open violations from November 06, 2020 inspection <br /> This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> 17 Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: This violation has been corrected by <br /> removing asoline from the UST until the station and food mart renovation is completed. <br /> Detailed inspection of UST and monitoring systems will be repeated once new dispensers arf <br /> installed and before going live again early March 2021 <br /> Violation#301 -Failure to operate UST system to prevent unauthorized releases including leaks,spills and <br /> overfills. <br /> OBSERVATION:The 87 and 91 underground tank systems at this facility are no longer in use. According to the <br /> owner,Aziz Sher,the monitoring panel was disconnected and removed approximately three weeks ago.
