The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not been addressed for EI Dorado Gas & Mart as of December 24, 2020. OBSERVATION:The 87 and 91 underground tank systems at this facility are no longer in use. According to the owner,Aziz Sher,the monitoring panel was disconnected and removed approximately three weeks ago. The system is not currently being monitored for leaks. REGULATION GUIDANCE:The interstitial space shall be monitored with a monitoring system connected to an audible and visual alarm system. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Correct immediately by having a property licensed,trained,and certified contractor restore all monitoring to this system,or remove all fuel from the USTs within 48 hours and immediately comply with closure requirements.
