All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />#21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: Provide pressurized water to the 3 comp and hand sinks. Hot water of 120F (minimum) and cold water <br />shall be available. <br />Unable to issue permit until this condition is met. <br />CAL CODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at al/ times. <br />(113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br />#67 Improper Food Storage and/or Preparation Space <br />OBSERVATIONS: Provide the name of the operator/permitee, the commissary city, state and zip code in at least 3 inch <br />high letters/numbers on both sides of the vehicle. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: 1. Food is conveyed, held, stored, displayed or served from any other place other than the mobile food facility <br />except for restocking of product in a manner approved by the enforcement agency. [§114305(a)] 2. Counter space is not provided <br />adjacent to all cooking equipment. [§114305(b)] 3. Food products after each day's operation are not stored in an approved facility. <br />[§114305(c)] 4. Potentially hazardous food stored above 135°F is not destroyed at the end of the operating day.
