Contractor never informed this dept that remodel was <br />completed. I spoke to store manager and she stated that the customer service area and rest rooms were remodeled 2019. <br />The back of the restaurant was remodeled March 2020. <br />Remodel at the front counter/rest rooms consisted of new walls, new floors/base and counter tops. Remodel at back room <br />consisted of new high temp dishwasher, 3 comp sink, mop basin, and garbage compactor/clothes washer/ice machine were <br />moved to new locations. The back area also has new walls/floors/base. <br />All work that was completed is up to code. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
