(k)(7) Details of installation include polyvinyl construction with suitable containment details surrounding the tank. The tank rests on a concrete slab of adequate design to withstand the loads imposed by the tank resting on top with a polyvinyl secondary tank and concrete tertiary containment surrounding the area. (k)(8) The liquid waste stream into this tank is treated and stored in the tank until discharged and consists of water, caustic acid and citric acid; (k)(9) The condition of the tank currently indicates no structural integrity issues. There are no construction defects or installation issues such as damaged fittings that would lead to possible leak from this tank in the near future. No evidence of corrosion or punctures was observed; (k)(10) The tank has no record of tightness testing when put into service at this location but has seen continuous service since 2012 with no evidence of leakage and no evidence of leakage or prior leakage was observed during this inspection; (k)(11) The estimated remaining service life of the tank is at least 5 years based on the current condition, after which a recommended remaining service life can be re-established following periodic re- inspection.
