Hazardous Waste Tank bib,-� <br /> System Integrity Report <br /> ==M= = <br /> For <br /> HMT Inspection <br /> The Kraft Heinz Company <br /> Stockton CA February 1 <br /> � o 34 Page 12 of 34 <br /> EVALUATION FOR CCR COMPLIANCE — HAZARDOUS WASTE STORAGE TANK <br /> (CONT'D.) <br /> (k)(7) Details of installation include polyvinyl construction with <br /> suitable containment details surrounding the tank. The tank rests on <br /> a concrete slab of adequate design to withstand the loads imposed <br /> by the tank resting on top with a polyvinyl secondary tank and <br /> concrete tertiary containment surrounding the area. <br /> (k)(8) The liquid waste stream into this tank is treated and stored in <br /> the tank until discharged and consists of water, caustic acid and <br /> citric acid; <br /> (k)(9) The condition of the tank currently indicates no structural <br /> integrity issues. There are no construction defects or installation <br /> issues such as damaged fittings that would lead to possible leak <br /> from this tank in the near future. No evidence of corrosion or <br /> punctures was observed; <br /> (k)(10) The tank has no record of tightness testing when put into <br /> service at this location but has seen continuous service since 2012 <br /> with no evidence of leakage and no evidence of leakage or prior <br /> leakage was observed during this inspection; <br /> (k)(11) The estimated remaining service life of the tank is at least 5 <br /> years based on the current condition, after which a recommended <br /> remaining service life can be re-established following periodic re- <br /> inspection. <br /> Pursuant to 22 CCR §66265.1920), the Hazardous Waste Tank does comply <br /> with the requirements for secondary containment details as outlined in this <br /> regulation; <br /> Pursuant to 22 CCR §66265.193(f), the flow line joints, connections and piping <br /> are aboveground and are visually monitored by system operating personnel <br /> when the tank is in use; <br /> NDTRPTNE.DOT REV 2 23264941 Hazardous Wast Tank r3(Rev 1).doc 3/16/2021 1:52 PM <br />
