As we had discussed, please update your facility <br />Information on the California Environmental Reporting Systems for: Billing Contact, <br />Environmental Contact, Secondary Emergency Contact and all listed contact phone numbers. <br />The annual submittal shall include all the elements: Facility Information, Hazardous Materials <br />Inventory, and Emergency Response and Training Plans and shall be submitted between <br />November 1st of the previous year through January 15th of the following year.
