The concerns are as follows: <br /> 1. There is too much overburden on the disposal site. Please cease stock piling any more overburden on the site. <br /> 2. Dewatering of the overburden was observed. Dewatering is not permitted. <br /> 3. The old disposal site is in need of erosion control and grading. <br /> At this time,the "area of concern" on the inspection report (dated 5/21/20)will not be changed.The "area of concern" <br /> will be reevaluated at the next quarterly inspection.
