Thank you for marking the boundaries, it is very helpful. During the inspection, an excessive amount of glass was
observed between marker#203 and marker#204 and within the berm near the markers. I thought I should point that
out, so that it can be corrected.
I will attempt to conduct the next quarterly inspection in early October, before the rainy season. If you would like to
schedule an on-site visit prior to or after the next inspection, then please let me know so we can schedule it.
Best Regards,
Sarcdip S&O
Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E. You may have
noticed the stakes with orange flags that outlined where the glass disposal site is. We have not put any overburden on
that area and have started to contour the site for better drainage. Due to COVID-19 progress has been slow as we have
been short handed with some employees having to self-quarantine. When we get further along I would like to schedule
another on-site visit to get your input.
Sincerely,
Robert Brown
President
Brown Sand Inc/Magnum Transportation Inc
BROWN SAND INC.
2
