Time In: 10:39 am <br /> Time Out: 11:00 am <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: GEORGES CHINESE DELI Date: 02/05/2021 <br /> Address: 909 E BIANCHI RD, STOCKTON 95207 <br /> Owner/Operator: CHEN,YUXIN Telephone: (209)952-6051 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00051752 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT ORDERED FOOD TO GO,AND AS HE WAS WAITING IN THE DINING AREA, HE SAW A MOUSE RUN <br /> ACROSS THE FLOOR.A MINUTE LATER HE SAW A SECOND MOUSE RUN ACROSS THE FLOOR. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I went to the facility an spoke to the manager who was not aware of the compliant prior to this investigation. <br /> Per manager the facility was closed due to COVID March 2020-August 2021. <br /> 1 observed old droppings to the right of the front counter. <br /> Droppings were in a crate that stores towels. <br /> Manager threw towels away. <br /> I also observed old droppings under a cart on wheels that stored stacked cases of sodas. <br /> Manager will detail clean these areas when business is closed. <br /> I did not observe a"Mouse run across the floor.."or mice during the investigation. <br /> Per manager pest control serviced facility in December. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.If a reinspection is required,fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate. <br /> Received by: Name and Title: Suhong Chen, manager, sig not capt <br /> EH Specialist: STEPHANIE RAMIREZ Phone: <br /> FA0004110 C00051752 SCO04 02/05/2021 <br /> EHD 16-23 Rev.06/30/15 Page 1 of 1 Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> 1868 E.
