Check overfill equipment to ensure that it is functioning properly; test horns/lights. Piping connections and spill container in good working condition and <br /> free of visible leaks. Ladders/platforms/walkways secure and free from damage or corrosion. <br /> 3. Spill containment free of excess liquids, debris, cracks, corrosion, erosion, fire hazards and other integrity issues. Drain valves closed and in good <br /> working condition. Sufficient access to the containment (egress pathways clear/gates and doors operable). <br /> 4. Concrete ASTs: No cracks larger than 1/16". Tank exterior clean, coating in good condition, free of rust. Inspect tank openings (nipples, leak detection <br /> tubes, etc.)to ensure they are in good condition and sealed. Sealant intact and in good condition. <br /> 5.
