Section B of the certification of Financial <br /> Responsibility list an incorrect amount for the State UST Funds coverage amount. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Current financial responsibility documents are required to be submitted annually and <br /> maintain a copy on site. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the required documents, and maintain a copy on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 110 CCR 2715(a)(1)(A), 2715(a)(2) Failure to submit the"Underground Storage Tank Statement of Understanding and <br /> Compliance Form". <br /> OBSERVATION: The Underground Storage Tank Statement of Understanding and Compliance Form was found in <br /> CERS is outdated. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: This form must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov and upload the Underground Storage Tank Statement of Understanding and Compliance <br /> Form for this facility. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 115 CCR 2638(c), 2638(d) Failure to submit"Monitoring System Certification Form"within 30 days of completion of the <br /> test. <br /> OBSERVATION:A monitoring system certification, leak detector testing, and spill container testing were performed <br /> on 10/29/2020.
