Haza, Greetings! I resubmitted the inventory and site map in CERS. The only liquid measured in pounds listed is the Sulfuric Acid in the MHE batteries, which is designated as an Extremely Hazardous Substance and measured in pounds. As for the training, our program changed slightly in 2019 and combined several modules together to create one Safety Compliance module for each department. We are still getting everyone to go through and complete their assigned training for this year. Thank you very much! Violation #5: Hazardous Materials Inventory is incomplete. • Approximately 552 gallons of Peroxide Multi-Surface Cleaner& Disinfectant was at the facility at the time of the inspection and only 144 gallons reported. Entered the maximum quantity of the chemical that the facility may have at any time. • 110 gallons of Waste Refrigeration Oil is not listed • 600 gallons of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF)is not listed: the chemical form shows that the fuel island is the only location for this chemical. Please correct. • 1900 gallons of Diesel for the Emergency Diesel Generator is not listed • Some of the liquid chemicals are reported in pounds.All the liquid chemicals shall be reported in gallons except for extremely hazardous substances(EHS); the only EHS at this facility is the Anhydrous Ammonia. There are still a list of liquid chemicals reported in gallons such as Liquid Margarine, Sanitizers, Safeguard Hand Soap, DEODORIZER/REST SPRAY,etc.. Note:You reported chemicals to the inventory in quantities that are less than the threshold reportable quantities (less than 55 gallons of liquid and 500 pounds of Solid).The facility is billed $17 per chemical as part of the annual permit. It is recommended to discard those chemicals. If you believe these chemicals may exceed the threshold reportable quantities at any time, enter the maximum amount of the chemical.
