Respondent owns and operates Sonic Drive - In , a drive - in fast food <br /> 17 <br /> 18 restaurant located at 10354 Trinity Parkway , Stockton , California 95219 (the <br /> 19 " Site " or " Facility" ) . <br /> 20 2 . The CUPA inspected the Site on March 28 , 2016 . <br /> 21 3 . The CUPA alleges the following violations of Chapter 6 . 95 of the <br /> 22 California Health and Safety Code ( " HSC " ) : <br /> 23 <br /> 24 3 . 1 . The Respondent violated HSC § 25507 , failed to establish and <br /> 25 implement a hazardous materials business plan .
