The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for Pershing Holdings, Inc. DBA Esclon Arco as of January 07, 2021. The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for carbon dioxide is not complete. The carbon dioxide should be reported in pounds not in cubic feet and the max container size needs to be listed. This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan.
