The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been addressed for Zacky Farms as of January 08, 2021. Open violations from November 16, 2018 inspection ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#301 -Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. In the battery Room: -Oily staining was observed on the ground. In the Workshop Room: -Oily staining was observed on the ground and on the workbench. Outside: -Oily staining was observed near the used oil tank. Facilities shall be maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion,or release of hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. Immediately clean the stains and manage according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#303-Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems,spill control,or decontamination equipment. An oily liquid was observed in the secondary containment of the used oil tank. All facility communications or alarm systems,fire protection equipment, spill control equipment, and decontamination equipment,where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure its proper operation in time of emergency.
