John, I appreciate you looking into this matter with the DTSC. However,this is a disappointing development. I have a few follow up questions on behalf of Quest. Can you elaborate on who at the DTSC was contacted and what they said? Did you (the County) ask to take the lead and the DTSC refused?What reasoning did the DTSC provide regarding their decision to retain authority in this case? In previous discussions another department/unit at the County was mentioned that could potentially oversee this cleanup. Which department is this?Were they contacted by your office? Did they have bandwidth for this project? Is there someone in that department we could talk to?
