This violation was cited February 7 , 2019 and was corrected 9 July 24 , 2019 . 10 3 . 2 The Respondents violated HSC 25508 ( x ) ( 1 ) , failed to electronically 11 submit a business plan . The facility' s business plan was not submitted 12 electronically to the California Environmental Reporting System ( CERS ) . As 13 14 of January 1 , 2013 , all businesses were required to submit all business 1 plans electronically . This violation was cited February 7 , 2019 and was 16 corrected July 24 , 2019 . 17 3 . 3 The Respondents violated HSC 25508 . 2 , failed to annually review 18 and certify that the business plan is complete , accurate , and up to date . 19 The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in 20 the CERS annually since 2013 . The hazardous materials inventory shall be 21 22 submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted 2 ; beginning November 1 of the previous year .
