Hazelton Avenue <br /> 4 <br /> Stockton , California 95205 <br /> 5 <br /> 6 <br /> 7 A photocopy of the check shall be sent to the following CUPA personnel <br /> 8 <br /> assigned to this matter , Michelle Henry , San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> 9 <br /> 10 Health Department <br /> 11 If Respondents fail to make payment as provided above , Respondents agrees <br /> 12 to pay interest at the rate established pursuant to HSC § 25360 . 1 and to pay all <br /> 1 � costs incurred by the CUPA in pursuing collection including attorney ' s fees . <br /> 14 <br /> 15 <br /> 16 OTHER PROVISIONS <br /> 17 12 . 1 . Additional Enforcement Actions : By agreeing to this Consent Order , the <br /> 18 <br /> CUPA does not waive the right to take further enforcement actions , except to <br /> 19 <br /> the extent provided in this Consent Order . <br /> 20 <br /> 21 12 . 2 . Penalties for Noncompliance : Failure to comply with the terms of this <br /> 22 Consent Order may subject Respondents to civil penalties and /or punitive <br /> 23 darnages for any costs incurred by the COPA or other government agencies as <br /> 24 <br /> a result of such failure , as provided by HSC section 25404 . 1 . 1 and other <br /> 25 <br /> applicable provisions of law . <br /> 26 <br /> 27 12 . 3 .
