[EHD] <emanzo@sjgov.org>; Baker, Lydia [EHD] <Ibaker@sjgov.org> <br />Subject: RE: MFS Stockton - Waste Analysis Plan <br />Hi Scott, <br />Thank you for your emails following our conference call. <br />The violation regarding the waste analysis plan states a separate chemical analysis at the point of waste generation <br />before the wastes enter the treatment system is needed only for rinse tanks 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, and for the clean out of <br />the secondary containment under the processing line. These chemical analyses must demonstrate that the fluoride or <br />metal content (CAM 17 metals) of the waste streams do not exceed hazardous waste regulatory levels. I will get back to <br />you shortly on which laboratory analysis methods should be used. <br />I completed the review of the hazardous waste tank assessment. Please provide the following additional information <br />and address the following comments: <br />
