Elianna, Per our Monday, August 23, 2021 conversation with regard to MFS Stockton need for a Waste Analysis Plan, it was stated that All process and rinse tanks were to be analyzed for waste characteristics. Note that laboratory sampling & analysis will be completed for this Waste Analysis Plan. Does SJC — EHD require the tanks laboratory analysis to be: 1. CAM 17 metals (EPA 200.8, 245.1- Mercury, 300.0— Fluoride), or 2. a combination of methods used to determine compliance with the Facility's Water discharge permit in accordance with 40 CFR 136 —attached. Please let me know ASAP so MFS can order the sampling and analysis consistent with EHD's requirements. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or comments.
