(MFS) — Stockton, located at 1325 EI Pinal Drive. <br />This discussion is helpful for MFS understanding of and forthcoming responses to the noted violations. <br />As discussed, MFS's Facility Waste Treatment Area's Waste Tank Certification Report by a Professional Engineering (P.E.) <br />is attached. <br />Per our discussion, instead of MFS submitting via the CERS system, this report is being sent directly to your offices <br />(herein) <br />In addition, MFS will Submit the updated CERS Facility Information, Hazardous Materials Inventory and Emergency <br />Response and Training Plans, as seen below. <br />Note that MFS was awaiting correspondence and clarification prior to completing this action. <br />
